Home Improvement Loans*
Our home improvement loan is a fixed rate loan which can be used to finance any
type of permanent improvement to your home, anything from paint to patio,
remodeling to room additions. It's possible to finance up to $50,000. We can
finance the cost of your new improvements as well as improvements done and paid
for within the last year. You can also include up to 1/3 of the amount financed
for purposes other than home improvement. It is necessary to file a lien on the
property for loans of $7,500 or more, and we can lend up to 125% of the value
of the property including your existing mortgage.
* Residence must be owner-occupied within Ohio. No pre-payment
penalties. Property insurance is required.
